1. How to request deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, you must send a request by email to info@doncesped.com.

In the subject of the message we recommend that you indicate: Data deletion request.

In order to correctly locate and manage your request, include at least the following information:

• Name and surname.
• Email used on the website or in communications with DonCesped.
• Telephone provided in forms or requests, if applicable.
• A clear description indicating that you request the deletion of your personal data.

3. Identity verification

DonCesped may request additional reasonable information when necessary to verify the identity of the requester and prevent unauthorized deletions or access.

4. Scope of removal

When the request is appropriate, DonCesped will delete or block personal data that is no longer necessary to maintain for the management of the relationship with the user or for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected.

5. Data that may be retained

Certain information may be kept blocked when there is a legal, administrative, fiscal, accounting or security obligation that prevents its immediate elimination.
