Installing on Tiles: Transform Your Terrace
From Cold Terrace to Green Oasis
Installing over tiles, concrete or terrazzo is the simplest and cleanest method. It requires no earthworks.
Key Steps
- Drainage Check: We check that the terrace already has the correct slope towards the drain.
- Drainage Membrane (Optional): On terraces with poor drainage, we install an "AirDrain"-type drainage membrane that lifts the grass a few millimetres off the ground, letting water flow freely underneath.
- Perimeter Fixing: We use special double-sided tape or silicone points. We never glue the entire surface, so water can still flow.
- Custom Cuts: We fit the grass precisely around pillars, corners and drains, down to the millimetre.
The result is a cushioned, child-safe, visually relaxing space you can enjoy barefoot.
