One of the most common questions we get is: "Can I install artificial grass if I have a dog?" The answer is a resounding YES, but you need to choose the right model.
Durability and Drainage
Dogs run, play and scratch. You need a model with good tuft-bind strength (resistance to fibre pull-out) and, above all, a superior drainage system. Our Supreme and Pacifico models feature enhanced drainage that flushes urine away quickly, preventing puddles and bad odours.
Cleaning Up After Pets
Unlike natural grass, artificial turf doesn't stain or discolour from acidic urine. To clean:
- Remove solid waste as normal.
- Rinse the area with water.
- Optionally, use our freshly-cut-grass-scented sanitiser.
Your pet will be safe, free from parasites like ticks (which nest in natural grass) and will enjoy a soft surface all year round.
